When will my order arrive?

For standard delivery, UK orders will usually arrive between 3 - 5 working days after placing your order.‌

Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm despatch and a tracking number.

How can I return an unwanted/faulty product?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.

We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within 14 working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing orders@connocklondon.co.uk

Am i able to pay using Klarna?

We currently accpet Klarna pay later in 3 interest-free instalments.

Earning points is super easy - shop via our website and earn 10 points for every £1 you spend.

Once you've built up enough points, you can redeem them in multiples of £5 or £10 vouchers against your next order.

You will receive 250 points simply for signing up as well as early access to offers and new product launches PLUS earn extra points for referring friends or family.

Is your packaging recyclable/sustainable?

In partnership with the Woodland Trust and as part of the Carbon Capture initiative, Connock contributes to replenishing the UK’s native woodland from its outer packaging alone.

This Government-backed scheme strives to reduce CO2 emissions from packaging by donating 100% of its charge back intothe Woodland Trust, an organisation that funds significant restoration and rejuvenation projects across the country.

With sustainability in mind, product development has lead tothe introduction of Post-Consumer Recycled plastics which now forms a 3rd of our collection. PCR conserves energy and non-renewable resource which replacesthe need for primary extraction and the manufacture of new plastics.

Does Connock offer refills for products?

As well as refillable products, a selection of our products are also available in glass or aluminium refills.

This move was first introduced in 2020, and we intend to look at ways of adding to this collection in the future.

Our refillable packaging is 100% recyclable.

Reusability is something we encourage too.

From our glass candle vessels to our clear travel bag, we strive to educate our customers where possible of the alternative ways to use our products, long afteruse.

How are your ingredients sourced?

Connock  is famed for our use of high-quality ingredients.

Where possible we use natural ingredients that are kind to the environment.

From Kukui Oil to Shea Butter and Macadamia Oil are celebrated within our body care products and we pride ourselves on using a natural blend of Rapeseed, Soy and Beeswax within our candles. This ensures an even burn and distribution of the fragrance.

Are Connock products cruelty free?

We are proud to say that all our products are cruelty-free.

Celebrating the flora and fauna of the world forms part of our story, therefore we can reassure our customers that no animals are harmed during the manufacturing process of our products.`

Most of our products are also Vegan apart from our candles which contain beeswax.

Where are Connock products produced?

The importance of working with British suppliers has never been more relevant than it is today.

Connock is a British fragrance brand, and we have a superb supply chain of British suppliers across the country.

 Our products are made and assembled in the UK and the only product that requires support outside of the UK is our Scented Ceramics, which are made in Spain.
