Delivery

When will my order arrive?

For standard delivery, UK orders will usually arrive between 3 - 5 working days after placing your order.‌

Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm despatch and a tracking number.

Returns

How can I return an unwanted/faulty product?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.

We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within 14 working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing orders@connocklondon.co.uk

Is your packaging recyclable/sustainable?

Connock England considers sustainability in every packaging decision. Body and hair care bottles are made from recycled prevented ocean plastic, and are both refillable and recyclable. We are always looking for better solutions and it is an ongoing commitment that sits at the heart of how the brand operates.

Refillable Products

Does Connock offer refills for products?

Yes. We offer refills for many of our products, and we actively encourage our vessels to be reused rather than discarded. Our candle glasses, for example, make beautiful containers once the candle has burned down. It is a small but meaningful way to extend the life of every Connock purchase.

Our direct to source approach means we work closely with suppliers around the world, cutting out the middleman to ensure the finest quality ingredients while keeping the supply chain as transparent and sustainable as possible. We source locally where possible, and every ingredient decision is made with both quality and responsibility in mind.
